This policy explains how blackline.legal collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our intake form and contract research workspace.

Information we collect

Blackline retains uploaded documents, desk notes, written questions, text transcripts, call events and review marks with your matter. Audio is not recorded. The separate contact form stores the contact and matter details you submit.

How we use information

Donna and Elle use the matter inputs for AI research and analysis of general commercial contracts under Canadian law, not legal advice. Submitting the contact form queues a notification to Ajay; it does not open a Donna matter or create a solicitor-client relationship.
